Purpose

The area is not covered by the local spatial development plan. The draft plan that is under preparation includes designating the western part of the plot for commercial and public services, the central part for the insulating green belt comprising high greenery, and the eastern part for service and production areas including manufacturing, warehousing and service facilities, and the establishment of an animal shelter.

Production and service facilities, a recultivated municipal landfill and farm land.

Utilities

The plot has no utilities (in the vicinity there is a Central Wastewater Treatment Plant, a Heating Plant, electric line, water and gas).

Transportation

The plot is situated between Zagórska Street (part of the DK 11 national road – the main route from Silesia towards Poznań, Kołobrzeg and Szczecin) and the railway line (westward direction: Opole, Wrocław, Poznań).
